IT Service Desk Manager - Germany (f/m/d) at the Göttingen site Reference number: SERVI007292 What you can expect Managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk team to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries and technical issues. Develop and implement policies and procedures that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Desk.
