Marketing Director (m/w/d)

• As Marketing Director (m/f/d) you will take the lead of the marketing team and ensure a high level of efficiency by guiding and developing the team
• Developing and implementing holistic marketing strategies for online and offline channels is one of your core responsibilities
• You are responsible for managing the areas of SEM, SEO, affiliates, content and CRM in order to align all activities with the company's goals
• You will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring and control to ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• You will identify new growth opportunities and implement them strategically by analyzing the market and the competition.
• Your diverse range of tasks will be rounded off by analyzing KPIs and continuously monitoring the success of marketing measures.

• Several years of professional experience in marketing and in leadership
• Expertise in budget planning and P&L responsibility
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Fluent German and English
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
