Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/x) at SQUER, you are the driving force behind our recruiting efforts. You find the right talents, bring fresh ideas for process optimizations, enhance our employer branding as a Best Place to Work, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Your tasks
  • Recruitment Process: You manage the entire process – from identifying hiring needs to closing the contract.
  • Candidate Experience: As the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, you ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Strategic Input: You contribute to the design, improvement, and implementation of recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives.
  • Networking: You build and maintain a network of highly qualified IT talents through networking events.
  • SQUER Ambassador: You represent our culture and convince candidates of SQUER as a Best Place to Work.
  • Collaboration: You are a part of a dynamic HR team, work closely with business units and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Your qualifications
  • A completed degree or training in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in in-house recruiting or in a recruitment consultancy
  • Experience in recruiting IT professionals and executives is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured work approach and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and proactive in your work
  • IT affinity and enjoyment in using various IT tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Miro)
  • Excellent German and English skills
