For our headquarters in Emlichheim, we are currently looking for a IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility: Coordination and management of IT services Further development of existing processes and workflows Administration of the tools used (e.g. MDM, software distribution, asset management, etc.) 1st and 2nd level support for the IT systems used Procurement of hardware and software Taking responsibility for projects in the area of IT service management Your profile: Successfully completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the field of end user support / application support Independent and autonomous way of working with appropriate foresight High degree of process understanding and customer, service and solution orientation Ideally initial experience in the area of the ITIL framework Strong communication skills, team player and a confident demeanor English language skills, both written and spoken Our offer: We offer you a challenging, demanding and varied area of responsibility.
