The position is responsible for supporting Greentube's gaming system components in Staging and Production environments, with a focus on ensuring that Greentube provides adequate product support to internal and external teams who rely on proprietary software that Greentube develops. This includes Games Integration, Games Delivery, Core Operations Engineering, Technical Account Management and Administration Systems like Gamebase Admin, and many others. Additionally, delivers 2nd level support to all company internals as well as external B2B partners. The focus of a Games Operations Engineer is to ensure a smooth working system. Additionally, this position will ensure specific improvements to our existing systems in order to raise the service level, and to deploy our games and maintain them over their lifecycle.
Your tasks
* Troubleshoot application problems * Diagnose and solve games and software related incidents/problems * Provide exceptional service support to the business * Provide solution(s)/workaround(s) to incidents and problems * Contribute to policies, processes and procedures * Work to SLA thresholds for incidents, requests and problems * Learn and improve their skills on the systems and technologies we are using * Contribute to improving the systems we work with * A proactive approach to implementing smaller tools to support time-consuming monotone tasks
Your profile
* Min. of 2 years of solid work experience in software support * Experience with SQL querying * Experience with API troubleshooting * Experience with release management * Experience with documentation related work * Experience with a ticketing system * Experience with a knowledge management system * Knowledgeable in one or more programming language * Very good communication skills and a passion for helping people * Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written * Stress-resistant * Self-driven * Willing to continuously develop and learn
