Job Description
This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks sim efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the management and company teams.
- Support different projects with administrative and organizational support, cooperating with all departments within the company.
- Conduct research and compile reports, presentations, or summaries on request.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness with respective colleagues.
- Manage office-related budgets, track expenses, and handle invoices. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing reimbursements and petty cash.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Collaborate with HR in onboarding new employees, maintaining office policies. Help with other administrative HR duties.
