Job Description
Reporting to the Campaign Manager (DACH), the CRM Executive – Germany will be responsible for executing the local communications and promotions plan for bwin for all products (Sports, Casino and Poker). You will contribute to ensure the business retain a fully native tone of voice whilst simultaneously ensuring alignment to our global brand strategies. The comms plan will be a mixture of promotional and event-based activity with audience segmentation to ensure appropriate messages are served at the right time in a user’s journey to maximize engagement. You will put in place the communications for all stages of the customer journey: early-life, retention, customer upsell/cross-sell and reactivation.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with other team members to discuss and execute Germany CRM plans for all products (Sports, Casino and Poker)
- Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM plan and to achieve KPIs
- Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions
- Execute communications to maintain player activity via promotional or editorial content
- Analyze campaigns results (conversions, engagement stats, costs, uplift etc.) focusing on continuous improvements of our campaigns
- Create and implement content in email, inbox messages, push and other channels
- Work directly with internal parties to execute the CRM plan (content, design, brand etc.)
- Use multiple CRM tools for executing the campaigns via different channels
- Report directly to CRM Campaign Manager (DACH)
