We are looking for a Technical Documentation Manager in our Customer Success team to join us on this exciting journey! Your mission As a Technical Documentation Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Documentation Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement documentation strategy, roadmaps, define documentation standards, processes, and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with product releases and updates.
Content Creation & Management:
  • Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation multimedia content (videos, tutorials, FAQs)
  • Ensure that documentation is optimized for accessibility, user experience, and SEO.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand product functionality, gather requirements, and clarify complex technical information.
  • Liaise with customer support and sales teams to gather feedback on documentation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly audit and update documentation and implement feedback loops with internal teams to continuously improve the documentation's quality.
  • Ensure documentation consistency across platforms and delivery formats, including web, mobile, and PDF.
Your profile

Must-have:

  • Min. 2+ years of proven experience in technical writing or documentation management, preferably within a SaaS or software development environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Confluence, Swagger, Git, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration workflows.
  • Proficiency in API documentation, system architecture documentation, and integration guides.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional level of English, any additional European language is advantageous
  • Valid work-permit for the EU

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with risk management, supply chain, or regulatory technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 3,077 per month. However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
