As our Event Manager at Prewave, you will…

• Find suitable events and negotiate conditions for our participation.

• Liaison with event organizers and ensures smooth execution of events, both self-hosted and external.

• Organize all promotional material and assets for the event and compile content during the event.

• Coordinate with the speakers and control the quality of the pitch and the performance.

• Advocate for Prawave’s core values by driving our mission and representing our vision in every event.

• Ensure professional customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

Must haves

• 1+ years experience in event and/or project management.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills, commitment and reliability.

• Excellent time management and organisation skills.

• Structured and professional work ethics.

Bonus points for

• Good knowledge of the German or any additional language skills.

• Previous experience in the B2B sector.

• Strong ties to the supply chain space.
