Minimum Qualification : Graduate (computer science, information technology, electric engineering or any other relevant field).

Job Description:
- Provide First-Line daily IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff.
- Manage the IT assets, including hardware and software full life-cycle management, inventory management, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and stability of systems and devices.
- Handle technical incidents, prioritizing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain network and information security, ensure that the devices and network systems are protected.
- Support the implementation of IT projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and external support teams to ensure timely maintenance of IT assets.
- Assist with business continuity planning.
- Install and conduct testing of the systems to ensure their normal operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by head of department.
Skills and Competencies required :
- Must be fluent in English. Mandarin and German will be advantage. (Speak and Read)
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles; experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, and common office hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to different environments.
- Basic IT project management experience is an advantage.
- Certification as IT Technical will be advantage( e.g. CISCO CCNP or HUAWEI HCNP, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
