Client Advisor Saturday - Seasonal Support (m/f/d)

We are opening our Pop-up Store in Graz from December 3rd to 28th, 2024, and are looking for a motivated Seasonal Client Advisor for the Saturdays. Do you have experience in retail, love high-quality jewelry, and have a keen eye for detail? Perfect – then we’d love to meet you! In our exclusive Pop-up Store, you will assist our customers and ensure their shopping experience is truly special.

• You showcase our unique jewelry pieces and skillfully present them.

• Managing the entire process from greeting customers to the checkout and packaging of the jewelry pieces.

• You take our customers on an exciting journey into the world of BRUNA The Label.

• You create an emotional connection with our customers and offer them an unforgettable experience.

• You recognize our customers' desires and provide them with inspiring styling tips.

• You have at least one year of experience in sales or a similar position.

• Passion for sales and a genuine enjoyment of advising customers.

• Strong interest in jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, and current trends.

• You can quickly familiarize yourself with our company and products, swiftly internalizing key information.

• Even during high customer traffic, you remain patient, friendly, and keep a clear overview.

• Punctuality, a strong sense of responsibility, and a reliable work ethic come naturally to you.

• You have a confident demeanor with customers and enjoy teamwork.

• Fluent knowledge of German and English is required.

• Detailed onboarding into the world of BRUNA The Label and our unique jewelry pieces.

• A personal contact person to support you during your time with us.

• You'll be provided with stylish, matching outfits and jewelry to keep your look on point.

We adhere to the collective agreement minimum salary, but offer possible overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
