We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst (m/w/x) for the department Service
Design Support.
Your Tasks, you...
- play a responsible role in requirement engineering for system developments in the area of Service Design (e.g., concept creation, cost calculation, purchasing, etc.).
- support the agile development of systems for an international team by creating a deep understanding of different topics and processes.
- structure and document the results of your analysis in various programs (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro).
- gather reporting requirements from different departments/legal entities and align them with the development teams.
- support and potentially conduct system and reporting-related trainings for users.
Your Profile, you...
- have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in IT, logistics, or railway technology.
- have a university degree or a successful HTL diploma in IT, logistics, business administration, or railway technology.
- have hands-on knowledge of both agile and traditional software development and project methodologies.
- are familiar with the process of requirement development and are no stranger to the correct and proper documentation of processes.
- Ideally have knowledge of Power BI and Celonis or can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- are communicative, enjoy working with people, and stand out for your teamwork, reliability, and personal commitment.
- are curious and enjoy diving into new topics.
- are comfortable with English as a working language, and ideally, you also have good German skills. Additional languages are a plus.

- A minimum salary of € 51.581,32 gross/year is provided for the position “Specialist IT Business Analyse” (according to the collective rail company agreement). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the salary can be above the collective agreement level.
