We are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Malta. If you are fluent in German, have a passion for travel, and are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you. As a Customer Advisor, you will be helping our German-speaking clients with their travel arrangements, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring they enjoy a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

In this role, you will be integral to our customer service team, helping to uphold the high standards we’re known for and playing a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from German-speaking customers, offering assistance with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related questions.
  • Travel Expertise: Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and services, helping customers make informed choices and plan their ideal trips.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties.
  • Booking Assistance: Guide customers through the booking process, assist with changes or cancellations, and ensure all information is accurately updated in our system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Follow-Up Service: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customers are satisfied with their travel experience and address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales and operations, to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow all company guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written German is essential. Good command of English (at least B2 level) is also required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to customers.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility & Professionalism: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, showing empathy and patience where needed.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable with using computer systems and software, and able to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of bookings and customer information.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the travel industry is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Must be open to relocating to Malta if you are currently living abroad. A relocation package will be provided to facilitate the move.
  • On-Site Role: Must be based in Malta and available to work fully on-site in our office.
