You'll expand existing product lines, develop new designs, and communicate your ideas through sketches, 3D renderings, and mood boards.

• Collaborate closely with the creative director and operations team to bring designs to life.
• Design and develop new jewelry pieces for upcoming collections, including expanding existing product ranges and introducing new categories.
• Generate and refine innovative product concepts from scratch, as well as adapt existing designs to create variations.
• Investigate innovative craftsmanship and production options to enhance design.
• Translate ideas into visuals using hand-drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and other media.
• Produce high-quality renderings and product specifications/technical drawings.
• Ensure outstanding, sustainable product presentation (e.g., packaging) for a stunning customer journey.
• Oversee product development, ensuring design modifications maintain fidelity to the original concept while integrating quality assurance throughout the process.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the premium/luxury industry as a product designer.
• Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and eagerness to continuously improve and update job knowledge.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of excellence.
• Strong 2D and 3D hand-drawing/marker-rendering skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with 3D software is a plus.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional european language is highly valued.
