We want to further expand our market position in the future. To this end, we are looking for you as a competent employee to strengthen our team in Offenbach am Main. Director / Head of IT Controlling (f/m/d) Your tasks: You will be responsible for the management and coordination of IT budget planning (annual and multi-year planning in the run), coordination with project portfolio planning (change) and cost control during the year (including forecasts and projections) for the IT division with a budget in the mid three-digit million range. You coordinate and control the personnel capacity and performance planning plan/actual on run and change projects for the IT division with a good 600 employees in 8 departments and ensure complete cost allocation and calculation of IT transfer prices for the IT division, which is managed as a cost center. You support the division management in all business management issues (transparency of costs, cost development and business case management) and are the main contact person for the corresponding interface functions in the Group (in particular Finance / Segment Controlling, COO / CIO Office, Group Controlling / Project Portfolio Management). In your group, you currently manage 10 employees in various teams and are responsible for the technical support of the SAP-PLUS and SAP-BI-PLUS application systems. Your profile: You have a degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience as the responsible controller of a cost center with a budget > € 250 m and more than 400 employees. You have a firm grasp of complex issues, derive the necessary activities or requirements from them and can prepare and present them in presentations and reports in a manner appropriate to the target audience. You are characterized by a high degree of reliability and initiative as well as the willingness to drive topics forward together with others. Openness to new ideas and the motivation to further develop your environment are an integral part of your way of working. Fluent German and English (written and spoken) round off your profile.
