As a Test Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated IT test systems and strategies. You will be part of a dynamic team that works closely together to develop and implement innovative solutions. Your tasks Designing the organization, planning, control and monitoring of our cross-team test topics Defining test statistics Responsible for the documentation of the test architecture and monitoring the Compliance with test architecture standards Coordinating the test architecture with the enterprise and system architecture Developing roadmaps and implementing test architecture strategies, taking SAFe® practices and principles into account Partner for our stakeholders (architecture, teams, release management) Support in the implementation of SAFe® and continuous improvement of testing practices in the company Responsible for the test strategy, test methods and test tools You make a significant contribution to ensuring meaningful and risk-based test coverage and minimizing test duplications Providing technical advice and instruction to other team members Your profile Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification or comparable practical experience in the IT field Several years of professional experience as a tester Knowledge and practical experience with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and whiteboard testing would be desirable Knowledge of the test architecture and design practice of software tests Experience in working with agile methods and SAFe® is an advantage Knowledge and practical experience with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and whiteboard tests would be desirable Very good written and spoken German skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willing to learn and highly motivated, open, visionary, self-organized, goal-oriented An agile mindset and strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile We offer you An interesting and varied job with all the benefits of a large public employer A structured induction and good training and development opportunities Family-friendly, flexible and service-oriented working time models The health of our employees is important to us.
