You will internalize the payment flows and actively participate in the process enhancements supporting Drei's strategy and new initiatives. You will cooperate with colleagues throughout the whole company and be the bridge between IT, commercial and financial departments.
You will report directly to the Senior Head of Department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and active responsibility for the vision and growth opportunities of the Payments products
- Value-driven planning, preparation and prioritization of requirements with the focus on the company strategy and roadmap
- Definition of Epics and Stories and management of backlog as part of an agile development team within our IT
- Communication with the stakeholders and coordination of team-overarching initiatives
- Further development of technical systems: Payment Gateway (PGW), Commissioning Calculation System (CCS) and Handset Receivables Management System (HRM) ensuring technical sustainability and compliance
- Cooperation with several Payment Service and cash register system providers
Qualification:
- University degree, preferably in finance or computer science or similar
- Relevant experience as Product Owner or Product Manager or Project Manager
- Know-how of Telecommunication business or IT preferableProactive, achievement-driven and quality-oriented approach
- Very good analysis and cooperation skills as well as flexibility, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- Good application of presentation techniques and target group-specific communication strength
- Basic understanding of CRM and payments processes preferable
- Very good understanding of technical applications, systems and processes.Experience with software development processes and agile methodologies
- Proficient in spoken and written English and German
- High team spirit and willingness to work with agile teams.

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least EUR 49.764,- (38,5 hours/week). A significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is planned.
