The Position
As a Finance Enterprise Partner you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are essential to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. In this position you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
The Opportunity:
You are a partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
You balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities.
You are a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation.
You participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets.
You drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.
You play an active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies.

You have a commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture.
You have a strong passion for delivering tangible value for our customers, patients and the business.
You bring knowledge and expertise of the local healthcare system, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into financial plans is in your repertoire of skills.
You are characterised by a high level of social competence and are able to accurately record and efficiently communicate in both German and English.
Proven experience in finance, preferably in a sales-focused or commercial environment and you are familiar with SAP or comparable ERP-systems.
