* Managing the contractual relationships of new and established contract manufacturing business with a focus on Lactulose during transfers and commercial activities, including negotiation of supply agreements, amendments for life cycle activities, as well as commercial aspects such as annual price adjustments or price tier reconciliations * Overseeing all commercial aspects of the assigned customer accounts, including P&L responsibility and managing the monthly sales in cooperation with the controlling and customer teams of the respective manufacturing sites within a matrix organization * Finding viable solutions for customer needs regarding product specifications, considering technical, regulatory, and quality aspects while taking into account Fresenius Kabi's processes and potential constraints * Organizing regular business review meetings with support of the plant management, typically reviewing supply performance, quality metrics and potential lifecycle activities * Supporting the preparation of the annual budget process and its associated quarterly reviews, providing an outlook of financial KPIs and important business updates for the assigned accounts * Participating in CDMO conferences to represent Fresenius Kabi's Contract Manufacturing organization and meeting with existing customers
Wir erwarten
* You have completed a university degree or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Natural Sciences, preferably with a postgraduate degree in science and International Management * It is essential that you have accumulated several years of hands-on professional experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry with a focus on both commercial and technical aspects. This experience should have provided you with in-depth knowledge of industry practices, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively navigate the challenges typical in your field * You have demonstrated the ability to handle complex negotiations, balancing multiple interests and navigating potential conflicts to reach successful outcomes * You have gained significant experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, which has provided you with a deep understanding of the unique challenges, regulations, and best practices associated with the development, manufacturing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products * You possess project management skills and excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities * Fluency in German and English is required; other languages are a plus (international traveling) * Personally, you see yourself as a hands-on executive ready for the next challenge, where you can drive a triple-digit million EURO pharmaceutical business on a global scale
