Product Owner (f/m/d) – Genesys Cloud CX

- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional virtual team consisting of service, IT, and Salesforce experts
- Develop and implement a clear strategy for Genesys Cloud CX together with your team, focusing on customer experience and operational business needs
- Take responsibility for the Genesys CX product backlog, keeping it clean, up-to-date, and transparent to the organization
- Drive the creation and prioritization of the Genesys CX Backlog Items (Initiatives, Epics, User Stories, etc.) and ensure that User Acceptance Tests (UAT) are in place.
- Ensure all team members understand the short- to mid-term strategy, the goals to be achieved, and the planned steps
- You are an experienced Product Owner & are very familiar with agile project/process management?
- You have a working knowledge of workflow capabilities, such as IVR/ACD, AI and predictive routing - perhaps you even know "Salesforce Service Cloud"
- You are always customer and service-oriented, have experience in customer relations and understand stakeholder management?
