➡️ We are looking for a seasoned, experienced Head of Marketing (m/f/d) to join our growing company’s leadership team. As Head of Marketing you are responsible for all marketing activities and build up the team around. You will be responsible for all lead generation, marketing campaigns, content marketing, PR, events, and much more. So far, we focused mainly on outbound sales. Your task will be to significantly increase our inbound share, professionalize it, and thus have a significant impact on our ambitious growth targets. Since we are building our marketing from the ground up there is still very little available - so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


    Your goal is to set up ToolSense for long-term success and provide our sales team with a growing number of ICP MQLs by taking on the following responsibilities:


    • You will develop branding, positioning, and marketing strategies in close communication with our management team & our agency
    • You will implement those strategies together with your own team & our agency
    • You will identify, test, and optimize various channels with an eye on profitability and scalability for the future
    • You will set up outcome-focused reporting and show us what works well and what doesn't
    • You'll take on large parts of the implementation yourself (together with our agency) - as we'll build up the team around you over time. This includes e.g. content, SEO, social media, PR, trade shows, events, sales materials, CRM (HubSpot), etc.
    • You'll develop ToolSense towards thought leadership in our target verticals across multiple formats while keeping an eye on our competitors
    • You ensure a consistent line of communication both internally and externally, strengthening our branding in the process


    YOUR PROFILE


    • You're attracted to a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position before that you are resilient, self-motivated, data-driven, highly reliable, structured, and know what to do to build the marketing of a B2B SaaS company from scratch
    • You have professional experience (3-5 years) in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in our industry.
    • You are an "all-around" talent, you dive into the different areas in marketing, provide suggestions and take care of the implementation process
    • You enjoy working with people, are goal-oriented, and have excellent communication skills and assertiveness
    • You are a strong team player and know how to inspire, develop and successfully lead your future team at the same time
    • You have a technical affinity and even in difficult situations you have the ability to stay calm, think through problems and issues in detail, and find creative solutions
    • You have a very good command of German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
    • You are honest and challenge us with your open feedback to develop continuously and fully
