ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to our Regional HR Manager EMEA, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries of managers and employees at our site in Austria.
Operational Size: circa 45 employees
Minimum Gross Monthly Base Pay: EUR 3 600
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you'll manage broadly defined HR administration on site, from operational responsibilities to company-wide organization development projects. You’ll drive legal compliance of the HR function and provide professional advice to management while fostering strong employee relations.
