We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join us on this exciting journey!
Your missionAs our Customer Success Manager at Prewave, you will…
Take over clients from sales to take them through the onboarding process for a smooth implementation
Accompany our clients through their Proof-of-Concept projects and make sure they have a positive and successful experience with Prewave
Help to create an exceptional customer experience with the Prewave product by training users, sharing best practices and optimising customer use to their needs
Present the capabilities of our product to clients, thus creating the potential to upsell and grow our bottom line
Communicate with our clients, understand their requirements, set up project plans and present results
Represent the customers’ best interest in the company, communicate their inputs with the technical team and help to improve our product to reflect customer needs
Keep the overview over several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met
Work cross-platforms to manage our customer data, keep it consolidated and up-to-date
Must haves
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Initial experience with project management
Very good Excel skills
Valid work permit for Austria
Fluent English and German skills
Bonus points for
Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Previous experience in technical industry/environment
Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment
Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
An extensive compensation package
We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 42.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
