The Compliance department is managing various areas, such as data protection, sanction regimes, supply chain due diligence, anti-bribery and corruption laws, competition and antitrust law etc. Additionally, the Compliance Team continuously develop compliance risk management systems and communicates with various internal and external stakeholders. In our company, the Compliance department includes Compliance, Data Protection, and Legal Operations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for managing many organizational projects in the field of compliance organization. This includes, on the one hand, the creation and implementation of IT-supported processes and support in the implementation of a compliance management systems. In addition, you will support the coordination of various compliance measures with internal contacts within the company group.
ADMINISTRATION & CONTENT-RELATED SUPPORT
You’ll support the head of the compliance department and our lawyers in their daily work in all administrative matters, such as preparing documents, presentations, etc., and also take care of the organization and management of electronic files. In addition, you’ll support the team in preparing compliance content and topics, creating overviews, and potentially taking on fact gathering and research activities.
KNOWLEDGE SHARING
You’ll manage and support the design of the company's internal compliance hub as a central platform for compliance information, thus promoting internal knowledge transfer and exchange.
BACK OFFICE & TEAM ORGANIZATION
You’ll support reporting in the compliance area, as well as budgeting and team organization matters. You’ll also take on the coordination and documentation of meetings and appointments, using your organizational skills.
HAK or completed Matura, Bachelor's degree in Business & Law or a degree in Law is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant or in project management, ideally in a compliance or legal department or law firm.
Fluent English language skills, good German skills are advantageous.
Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint).
Structured and precise way of working with a holistic perspective.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, discretion, and loyalty.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
