We are seeking a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them in enhancing their online visibility through Google Ads and other related services. Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer support, providing strategic marketing guidance, and driving business growth.
This role features a hybrid work model, where you will spend 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city’s top business locations, and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility.
Core Responsibilities: - Consultation and Strategy: Assist clients in effectively leveraging Google Ads by providing tailored marketing strategies and sales recommendations that address their specific needs. Create focused campaigns that yield measurable results.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Sales Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and recommend additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure that clients receive top-notch service.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insightful analysis to clients, demonstrating the success of their advertising initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (knowledge of Google Ads is a significant advantage).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.
