We are on the lookout for a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them in enhancing their online presence through Google Ads and other related products. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, providing strategic marketing insights, and driving business growth.
This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to work 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city’s most prestigious business locations, and 3 days remotely for added flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: - Consultation and Strategy: Help clients effectively navigate Google Ads by providing personalized marketing strategies and sales advice tailored to their business needs. Develop customized campaigns that yield measurable results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring they are satisfied and successful with our offerings.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, promoting additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients’ objectives.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, offering recommendations for improvement to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide clients with regular performance reports and actionable insights, demonstrating the effectiveness of their advertising strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (familiarity with Google Ads is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing practices, pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, and campaign management.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
