We are in search of a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them enhance their online presence through Google Ads and related services. Your primary duties will include providing exceptional customer support, offering strategic marketing insights, and contributing to business growth.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to work 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city’s premier business locations, while allowing for 3 days of remote work for added flexibility.
Main Responsibilities: - Consultation and Strategic Support: Help clients optimize their use of Google Ads by delivering customized marketing strategies and sales advice tailored to their unique needs. Design targeted campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and recommend additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide clients with performance reports and valuable insights, demonstrating the success of their advertising campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (knowledge of Google Ads is a significant advantage).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
