To support the delivery of our vision we have created a new position for a Sales Manager within our Austrian sales team. This is a field-based role, with our Austrian office based in Ebbs, Kufstein.
Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d)
- Manage and execute defined objectives and key results (OKRs) to deliver the annual sales budget and ensure sales targets are met
- Increasing sales in the existing customer base and acquiring new sales opportunities in the DACH market
- Active acquisition of new clients (identifying and building business relationships with client-side decision-makers)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (present product ranges, initiate and attend meetings, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate analysis and sales reporting information
- Develop new business in line with Company's strategic goals
- Develop trade product offer alongside the Marketing & Brand Managers
- Plan and execute sales campaigns supporting business growth
- Development of a distributor network in selected markets
- Monitor sales and plan campaigns as necessary ensuring targets are met
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Monitor the level of customer satisfaction at each stakeholder level and initiate changes needed to increase satisfaction with Kleen Tex Industries
- Conducting business negotiations and contract processing
This position does not involve managing a team but is only limited to business development and account management.
- Proven track record in sales in the same or similar industry selling to Facilities Mangers, Hygiene & Washroom distributors, Health & Safety Distributors, Commercial End users.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Creative approach to finding new markets and the search for potential customers
- Communicativeness, ease in establishing business relations
- Project management skills
- Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of wider issues impacting relevant market
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
- Good communication skills, with business level German and English required
- Knowledge of French would be an asset
