Two cloud security architects at the CCoE Work location Frankfurt am Main Berlin Düsseldorf Hamburg Hanover Leipzig Mainz Munich Stuttgart Working hours Full-time (part-time is generally possible), permanent Start date as of now Job ID 2024_0987_02 Work of special value: Your commitment with us As a member of the governance team of the Bundesbank's Cloud Center of Excellence, you will be involved in the fundamental orientation of the security and governance of the Bundesbank's hybrid cloud platform and set the guidelines for its development and use You will create overarching security concepts and regulations for the secure use of our cloud platform, represent these to cloud projects and monitor their implementation You will also ensure efficient and standardized IT security frameworks, processes and services for cloud use You deal with the establishment, further development and compliance with IT security measures for the cloud platform and are responsible for these steps or advise cloud projects accordingly In close cooperation with other IT security units, you will work on risk assessment, handling IT security incidents and compliance management You will also advise cloud projects on the correct implementation of security requirements and risk management You observe the market with regard to security developments in the cloud environment and imitate corresponding measures Special values: Your qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, physics) Very good knowledge of IT security (basics, frameworks, standards) as well as cloud standards, infrastructures, platforms and governance Very good knowledge of cloud service architectures and their security mechanisms (in particular frameworks and standards as well as IaaS/PaaS offerings from public cloud hyperscalers) Very good knowledge and practical experience in the field of IT security (especially in the areas of IT security standards, data protection, IT security technologies and procedures, network security, encryption technologies and secure application integration) Good knowledge of BSI regulations as well as ISO 27001, CSA CCM, CIS benchmarks and knowledge of the GDPR Agile mindset and practical experience in the application of agile methods and tools Very good ability to independently acquire and apply current methods and specialist knowledge in the field of cloud computing and cloud security Strong teamwork and conflict management skills Very strong analytical and conceptual skills Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Valuable work deserves special benefits Remuneration & prospects (depending on your experience, approx. €66,500 to €89,000), bonuses for special achievements, future-oriented job in the public sector with reliable working conditions, permanent employment contract, basic possibility of becoming a civil servant, possibility of continuing an existing civil servant relationship (up to A 15), extensive further training opportunities New Work Home office options within Germany, working hours: 39 hours/week, 30 days vacation, work-life balance Additional benefits Company health management, company crèche and childcare facilities, company restaurant, free account and custody account We expect you to be willing to undergo a security check in accordance with the German Federal Security Check Act (SÜG).
