Hardware Engineer

Hardware Engineer

• Designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems, ensuring high quality and performance standards.
• Designing PCBs and schematics with Fusion 360.
• Creating and mainting hardware specifications, project documentation, purchasing contracts, and supplier information.
• Supporting the hardware process from prototype to production to CE certification.
• Place orders for hardware components, equipment, and supplies needed for ongoing projects.
• Research vendors and suppliers to identify products that meet quality standards and budget requirements.
• Ensuring project exchange with project managers and engineers.
• Other inferior tasks can apply as exceptional cases.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Hardware Engineers.

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Field-related work experience of a minimum of three years.
• Experienced in EMV-compliant design.
• Experienced in designing with Fusion 360.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowhow in the low tension field.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand hardware requirements and specifications for various projects.
• Overseeing the production, testing, installation, and maintenance of hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conducting market research to stay updated on regulatory requirements, compliance standards, industry trends, new technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Troubleshooting hardware problems, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
