Team Leader Finance & HR IT Solutions

• You will lead and motivate a team of experts to deliver standardized digitalization of business processes based on our standard technologies of SAP and other Software Solutions in the Finance & HR area
• You will support and manage projects in cooperation with Business Process Leaders and coordinate external experts and partners
• You will coordinate the IT demand together with the responsible business process leaders
• You will ensure the development of employees and support autonomy in the way of work
• You will develop and maintain a peer network of Business Process Leaders, Key users, Finance & HR experts
• You will drive process innovation initiatives to optimize the Finance IT & HR business services
• You will organize user training to ensure sufficient use of IT solutions

• You have a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering along with extensive experience in IT Application Management 
• You have strong process know-how for state-of-the-art Finance, Controlling and HR processes 
• You have high social competence, Leadership & Management skills for intercultural teams 
• You have effective communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills 
• You have excellent customer and service orientation 
• You have a good command of English and German according to ALTE Level 4

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is 4.600EUR per month , with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
