Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a smooth workflow in the patisserie, both in à la carte service and for banquets.
  • Supporting and coordinating the team in the preparation and presentation of first-class desserts.
  • Maintaining the highest quality standards through constant monitoring and improvement of work processes.
  • Adhering to strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards.
  • Conducting incoming goods inspections and ensuring the quality and quantity of delivered products.

If you are interested in supporting us only during the peak season, there is the possibility of a six-month contract. Please let us know if this option is of interest to you.

  • Completed professional training as a cook/chef
  • Work experience in a comparable position
  • Craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a passion for cooking
  • Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently

This position is classified under wage group 3 of the collective agreement for the hotel industry and will be overpaid depending on qualifications and experience.

We can offer you affordable accommodation near the hotel, so you can settle in comfortably during the first few weeks.
