As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the promotion and sales of our AI-powered therapy software to clinics. Your core duties will include engaging in strategic outreach, delivering compelling product presentations, overseeing test phases, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding a key business model of our company related to tele-rehabilitation. This involves working closely with clinic directors and therapy teams to implement and support this model, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficient operations.

Tasks

Sales:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clinic clients.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations.
  • Oversee and support test phases of the product in clinics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics.

Business development:

  • Introduce new clinics to the Tele-Rehab model.
  • Communicate with clinic directors and therapy teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support existing clinics and ensure the continuous engagement of patients in the Tele-Rehab program.
  • Oversee the coordination and guidance of our therapy team to maintain high standards of patient care and deliver on company KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements as needed.

Strategic:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the Tele-Rehab model to new clinics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinics.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team to enhance the AI therapy software based on client and patient needs.
  • Case Preparation: You will be given a case to prepare, which involves researching and developing a strategy for approaching a new B2B client. This exercise will help us assess your strategic thinking, research abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meeting with Founders (~1 hour): A discussion with the founders where you will present and discuss your case preparation. This meeting will focus on your insights, proposed strategies, and how you approach complex challenges.
  • Decision: After the meetings, we will review your performance and fit for the role to make a final decision.

Minimum:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German for customer contact

Strong Plus:

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and patient care processes.
  • Background in therapy or clinical practice.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a project team.
  • Analytical skills to assess the performance of the Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • The minimum salary for this position is, according to the Collective Agreement (Kollektivvertrag), 3,038 EUR gross monthly salary for full-time. Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualifications and experience.

The process

  • Interview with Head of Sales (~30 mins): An initial conversation to discuss your background, experiences, and interests, as well as to provide an overview of nyra health and the Sales & Business Development Manager role.
