The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Housekeeping Supervisor

In this role, you work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and contribute with your hands-on mentality to the continuous implementation and improvement of our housekeeping standards.

Your tasks:

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
• Coordination of various projects

Your Competencies:

• professional experience in thehospitality industry

• Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar position
• Independent working methods and hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• OPERA knowledge is advantageous
• High operational readiness, flexibility and reliability
