The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Guest Relations Agent

In this position, you willcreate unforgettable experiences for ourguests and createa perfect stay.
The prerequisite for this positionis a service-orientedattitude, team-oriented work and the ability to motivate. You should alsohave a goodcommand of English, a knowledge ofthe OPERA systemand previous experiencein the fieldof Front ofHouse/Front Office.

Your Tasks:

• Ensuring a smooth workflow in the entire Guest Relations area
• Looking after an international clientele
• Identifying and looking after VIP guests before, during and after their stay
• Recognizing and coordinating guest requests, guest questions and personal preferences, as well as their internal communication
• Selecting and coordinating the purchase of services/amenities
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the Guest Relations area
• Compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards

Your Competencies:

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• Attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Quality awareness
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
• knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
