The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Front of House Supervisor

As a Front of House Supervisor, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay.

Your tasks:

• All work with the OPERA hotel system
• Acceptance of telephone calls and any correspondence with guests
• Cash activities including currency exchange
• Ensuring smooth workflows throughout the front desk area
• Check-in and check-out by our guests
• Shift management in the early and late shift in the absence of the manager
• Organization of departmental meetings
• Carrying out trainings
• Compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards

Your Competencies:

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Quality awareness
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
• knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
