Main Duties

- Develop and uphold important customer partnerships, assisting them in achieving their objectives with successful ad campaigns
- Learn and develop skills in digital sales and marketing through comprehensive learning opportunities programs
- Analyze customer needs and present solutions to drive success in advertising campaigns
- Suggest products and optimizations to increase customer satisfaction and results
- Collaborate with a supportive crew focused on growth, learning, and customer success
- Track and report customer performance to help them reach business objectives

Salary & Benefits

- 3,050 EUR gross per month (includes a base salary of 2,750 EUR and a 300 EUR Dutch language bonus)
- Performance-based bonuses up to 7,500 EUR annually
- Relocation bonus: up to 1,900 EUR for moving from outside Germany (paid with your first paycheck) or up to 700 EUR if relocating within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin)
