• Lead the electrical design and calculation of national and international hydropower plants
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and project partners regarding all electrical engineering matters
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration with other departments and company locations
• Contribute to the development of all project phases, from feasibility studies to commissioning
• Prepare planning and tender documents for hydropower plant projects with a focus on medium voltage, high voltage, transformers, generators, outdoor switchgear, transmission codes, and control systems
• Perform quality control of planning and calculations during all project phases up to commissioning
• Review manufacturing and installation plans of the executing contractors
• Participate in on-site installations and commissioning

• Completed university degree (TU/FH) with a focus on energy engineering
• At least 10 years of professional experience in energy engineering (power plant construction)
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Experience in hydropower plant systems is desirable
• Experience in construction supervision and commissioning is advantageous
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Commitment and initiative
• Entrepreneurial mindset, confident appearance, and sociability
• Willingness to travel
