Group Lead Systems Implementation (f/m/x)

Full-time (40 hours weekly) / Start date: 01.01.2025

Challenges you conquer:

  • Oversee the realization of software, firmware, and hardware components as requested by the Design and Commissioning group, ensuring they meet provided requirements
  • Ensure adequate testing of all software, firmware, and hardware, promptly addressing issues raised by the Technical Performance & Reliability group
  • Lead the development of software, firmware, hardware, and mechanical components, following defined development processes and adhering to applicable laws and standards
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including the creation of test plans, test cases, unit tests, mechanical tests, and alignments
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, following best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory and practical requirements
  • Plan and develop integration activities to be transferred to the Technical Performance & Reliability group and/or Operations & Services (OP&S)
  • Provide on-call support for OP&S as required, working in coordination with the Technical Performance & Reliability group

A background that impresses:

  • Strong management skills, including organizational competence, delegation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, initiative, and resilience
  • Proven leadership and management experience in systems implementation, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of system components and how they interface and interact within complex machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical processes clearly and concisely
  • A process-oriented approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement in systems implementation
  • Strong documentation skills, with a commitment to enhancing documentation practices within the team
  • A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, with a focus on improving the application of standards and norms within the group
  • Ability to convey management vision clearly to the team and implement it effectively
  • A passion for improving the practical implementation of management’s vision on both the group and team level
