Your Tasks

• Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems
• Support daily IT operations and troubleshooting efforts
• Help in deploying and managing cloud services and applications
• Assist with network configuration and management
• Conduct system updates, backups, and performance tuning
• Manage data storage solutions and ensure data integrity
• Work with mobile device management (MDM) tools and solutions
• Provide technical support for Linux systems and environments
• Utilize Intune for endpoint management and security
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
• Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures
• · Provide technical support to employees and end-users
• · Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance system capabilities
• · Learn and apply best practices in IT infrastructure management
