This role will focus on new business development within the Restaurant market. Our solutions are serve all levels of the market to Table Service Restaurants, Quick Service restaurants, bars, coffee shops, dark kitchens and drive thru.

We are looking for a New Business Sales Hunter for a territory the DACH Region. You will be part of a team of sales people passionate about our industry and what we aim to accomplish

This is a great opportunity to join a newly formed New Business Team within the Strategic Food and Beverage Sales Team.

You will have strong communication and relationship skills at C Level and be a highly motivated individual who can adapt to fast changing situations and lead by example.

Ideally, you will bring a background in selling technology software products (SaaS) and related services such as hardware and consulting. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets. You will also bring a background in selling IT into one of the following sectors; Food and Beverage, Hospitality or Retail.

For this role you will need to be a strong business development professional who is skilled in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Engagement.

Current or Previous role in a hunter sales role is a must. Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding targets at introducing new Customers from Tier 3 – Tier 4.

  • Target Market: Focus your expertise on the Restaurant Industry.
  • Comprehensive Solutions: Showcase our suite of offerings, including Simphony, Oracle Payments, Crowdtwist (Loyalty), Kitchen Display Systems, Inventory Management, Online Ordering, and a robust Hardware Portfolio.
  • Hunter Mentality: With a minimum of 3 years of experience under your belt and a proven track record of working in this industry. You'll thrive as a true hunter, constantly seeking out and closing lucrative deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Master the art of selling complete solutions, encompassing cloud services, hardware, and consulting, to high-profile C-level executives.
  • Strategic Networking: Leverage your extensive network and adept prospecting skills to drive successful campaigns and complete the sales cycle.
  • Closer Extraordinaire: With your exceptional closing skills, you'll drive both new business and cultivate existing customer relationships to maximize revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Navigate the complexities of Oracle's internal organization with finesse, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Interpersonal Mastery: As our Restaurant Sales evangelist. you'll possess formidable interpersonal skills, adeptly bringing together diverse groups and effectively communicating with C-level clientele.
