Social Media Manager

As Senior Social Media Manager, create concepts, lead campaigns, mentor colleagues, and shape impactful messaging across platforms while collaborating closely with one of our biggest clients.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of social media campaign concepts, ensuring creative messaging is tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel
• Craft compelling texts, and creative messaging that resonate with different target audiences
• Guide and mentor other team members, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality content across all channels
• Review and quality-check ongoing social media content to ensure it meets strategic goals and brand standards
• Act as a key consultant for clients, providing expert advice in both content marketing and performance advertising
• Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams, addressing challenges promptly and effectively
• Track and report on social media performance, optimizing creative strategies based on data-driven insights

What we expect:

• Successfully completed a university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably on the agency side
• Strong hands-on experience with both content marketing and performance advertising
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
