In this leadership role, you will lead and shape our solutions experience for exposing customer value. You will drive the solution experience for a product-led software company for its major product areas.
You will develop and implement strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience to increase the customers' value and drive business results.
You will apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points. You will gain a deep understanding of customer expectations through effective collaboration, user research, and analysis of customer feedback.
You will define and lead end-to-end customer journeys and workflows and collaborate hands-on with the amazing Dynatrace Team to create an outstanding product experience.
You will contribute to the product roadmap planning with experience optimizations of new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy to boost adoption and retention. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the solution delivers engaging end-to-end user journeys that are intuitive, easy to use, and highlight the value of the area.
You will drive strategies for boosting and effectively utilizing early adoption and hands-on testing with the goal of validating assumptions and getting valuable feedback early on. You will leverage internal customers, self-adoption of the product and use this to co-shape value and differentiation hypothesis of new product opportunities.
You will establish workflows for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative product usage in collaboration with the amazing growth department to continuously enhance and refine the user experience, ensuring that the product evolves in response to changing user needs and market dynamics.
