We'll look for you to:

* Lead purchasing activities for a designated family of products or suppliers
* Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives
* Research and evaluate potential new suppliers
* Establish and monitor key supplier performance
* Manage supplier relationships
* Support the Procurement Manager by resolving operational issues and overseeing complex negotiations

All About You

* Experience in commodity sourcing and supplier management within an engineering context
* Fluency in both English and German
* Capacity to challenge the status quo, assertiveness, and diplomacy are essential traits for success in this role
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
