Job Description
The Account Experience Solution is responsible for managing and continuously enhancing the product portfolio to support our fast-growing subscription-based business with over $1.5 billion in ARR. We operate mission-critical usage metering systems, provide customers with advanced tools for insights and control over their Dynatrace spend, and develop products to manage the entire subscription lifecycle. We are dedicated to digitally enabling the customer purchase journey, catering to both existing and future digital buyers, and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives to accelerate the adoption of the Dynatrace Platform.
We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to establish and lead a new capability within the Account Experience Solution. This capability, comprised of engineering teams and product managers, will work on diverse initiatives across the customer purchase journey. The goal is to complement our high-touch enterprise sales motions with low/no-touch options, accelerating the onboarding of new customers and expanding growth within existing ones.
To excel in this role, you will need the ability to develop impactful product strategies and drive successful execution in a highly cross-functional setting across a broad range of topics. Those include, but are not limited to:
- Value Discovery: Provide a frictionless, self-service discovery of the Dynatrace Platform through Sandboxes for both prospects and existing customers and a best-in-class Free Trial experience.
- Hyperscaler Marketplaces: Develop compelling offers and build reliable integrations across all Hyperscaler Marketplaces to guarantee seamless and secure large-volume transactions.
- Partners Business: Develop products, integrations, and self-service support for our largest partners to sell Dynatrace at scale.
- Product-Led-Growth: Design and develop Product-Led-Growth (PLG) frameworks to support the Marketing and Product organization in driving product adoption across our entire customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the capability in close alignment with the capability leadership team.
- Develop a strong vision, mission, and roadmap for the capability.
- Co-own the product strategy with the Solution Product Lead for the core focus areas within the capability.
- Represent the leadership team (internally & externally).
- Collaborate and regularly align with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure a successful execution of the strategic initiatives.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value.
- Drive resource planning (staffing) and identify key-invest areas in alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Act as a domain leader, inspire, guide, and closely work with the product management team.
- Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and setting an example for product managers.
