From nightclubs, bars, and festivals to quick service restaurants, the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice-cold can of Red Bull. The role of On Premise Marketing is to lead the marketing strategy within the On Premise, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand for consumers and trade. This is achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance and increasing usage across the On Premise.
In this internship program, you'll be part of the International On Premise Trade Marketing team and your main priorities will be to strive for look like #1 effective activations at the point of sale, from supporting the development & maintenance of POS communication to digital activations. This role also requires a holistic overview of consumer trends and innovation. But also a closely collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
We're looking for a motivated talent to join our team for 6 months starting in January 2025.
Job DescriptionPOINT OF SALE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY (LOOK LIKE #1 EFFECTIVE CONTENT)
In this internship, you’ll help to develop top notch POS communications to drive more brand visibility and increasing consumption (sales) for different physical & digital touchpoints. You'll identify key consumer and industry trends, using these insights contribute to create fresh, engaging content. By maintaining and updating our content guidelines, you’ll ensure that all POS communications remain consistent with our standards and assist markets with their content-related questions and needs. Working closely with the International On-Premise Segment Marketing Managers, you’ll help create tailored communication strategies for activation plans and develop custom content for key customer events such as meetings, conventions, and trade shows.
DIGITAL ACTIVATIONS IN THE ON PREMISE
You'll help manage and develop On Premise digital activation concepts based on business needs. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you'll participate in brainstorming sessions with creative and technology agencies to drive innovative ideas.
By helping to test new products and prototypes, you'll help to assess their market potential and appeal.
SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION
You'll provide customer-specific content support to various sub-departments, including Key Account Marketing, to ensure effective content delivery. As part of this internship you'll oversee the documentation process, ensuring that all required legal documentation is available for global use. You'll also define and share best practice from all markets, highlighting opportunities.
