Vice President Channel Management (f/m/d)

- Lead and inspire a team of around 30 people, shape together with your team the channel strategy and develop a comprehensive omnichannel approach
- Analyze channel performance with a focus on commercial and financial KPIs, and initiate improvement measures
- Set targets, commissions, and incentives (including schemes) for the channels, while managing the corresponding budgets
- Oversee product and business ownership of CRM, Sales, and Servicing tools; design and improve sales and servicing processes
- Ensure product and campaign launches, manage communication to channels, and support B2C projects and processes
- Do you have several years of leadership experience in the telecommunication industry?
- Are you experienced in project and process management and do you have excellent communication skills ?
- Can you lead the transition from strategy to operational execution and engage all relevant stakeholders?
