Job DescriptionPROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role you'll be responsible of managing the relationship with the below corporate projects for any sales related and cross-function topics:

Alignment with product development and the Football Clubs on the right assortment needed to increase sales and profitability and to respond to the needs of customers/sales channels, together with defining prices is part of your role as well.
CUSTOMERS MANAGEMENT
In this role, we trust you with day-to-day management of international key accounts to deliver growth and profitability. From managing pre-orders and in-season reorders for your customers, to preparing and maintaining order sheets, elaborate price offers and presentations for the collections within your responsibility. Coordination of the communication between customers, the Football Clubs and internal stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
ANALYSING & PLANNING
Part of your responsibility is to utilize data to drive actionable insights that enable the implementation of long-terms sales drivers. You are involved in the business planning process and work on the forecasting, analyzing, and monitoring of yearly stock.
REPORTING & ALIGNMENT
Sales reporting is a key requirement to monitor and measure success and to develop future strategies. While cooperating with our Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management and Digital teams to keep a strong alignment in the day-to-day tasks, you shall ensure a smooth communication both internally and with the Red Bull corporate projects within your responsibility.
Qualifications4+ years experience in account management, sales, or a related field and a passion for the Consumer Products industry
German native speaker and fluent in English
Project management and entrepreneurial skills
Strategic ability - develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies but also grasp the ‘bigger picture’
Self-starter personality with an innovative, analytical, accurate and solution-oriented mindset
Great communication skills
Analytical skills - strong planning and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom line implications of sales and marketing decisions. Able to analyse sales and customer data, take the best conclusion, develop initiatives with the highest value for the shopper, customer and Red Bull Global Consumer Products.
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
