Your Tasks

  • Work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that support the organization’s overall goals
  • Lead / Manage / Support various HR projects ( e.g sustainability : CSRD/ESRS, Annual Non-Financial Reporting , Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), HR Strategic Policies & Reporting, Manager Handbook, Equal Pay Project within EU , HR Academy etc. … ) ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to execute programs related to employee development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and process improvement
  • Ensure proper governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration for all HR initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR tools, resources, and communications (e.g., newsletters, handbooks) to support organizational effectiveness
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and address any issues or risks

Your Profile

  • Proven minimum4+ years of experience in HR project or program management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring teams
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and group discussions
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Experience with HR initiatives such as employee development, DEI, and compliance is a plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals

Our Offer

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.800,29 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
