Electrical Engineer as Senior Project Manager GaN (f/m/div)

• Leading global and cross-functional project teams in the GaN Systems Business Line
• Driving decisions, ensuring smooth communication, and aligning all stakeholders
• Managing complex GaN power platform projects from concept to end-of-life
• Overseeing budgets, risk management, and target achievement for all project phases
• Acting as the main interface between business owners, production sites, and external partners
• Contributing to lean project management improvements and representing your projects at senior levels

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in silicon development, with 5+ years in project management (IPMA-C certification as a plus)
• Expertise in leading global projects and working with advanced technologies
• Structured problem-solving mindset, with experience in methodologies like 8D
• Ready to travel and manage multicultural teams across different sites
• Fluent in English, with good German skills as a plus
